LUCIANO
When you mention the word “Reggae”, there are certain names that immediately spring to mind like Bob Marley, Peter Tosh and Third World to name a few, but another artist that is firmly on the tip of people’s tongues is Luciano. Born on the paradise island of Jamaica, as a youth he was heavily influenced and drawn to Bob Marley’s positive “One Love Movement”. As he got older and embarked on his own professional singing career, Luciano himself began to influence the lives of others around the world with his own spiritual interpretation of the movement. Since then, he has reigned as the “King Of Conscious Reggae Music” and is now one of the most iconic figures representing roots reggae today.
Luciano entered the reggae industry in the early 90’s and eventually teamed up with Phillip ‘Fattis’ Burrell, one of the few producers around at the time that supported conscious roots music. The quality material produced by this partnership, coupled with the fact that by now Luciano’s style and vibe was so heavily influenced by Bob Marley, caught the attention of Chris Blackwell of Island Records. Chris eventually signed Luciano and the collaboration produced a string of #1 hits including an album that was voted amongst the top 30 reggae albums of all time by Mojo magazine.
As well as Bob Marley, other early influences were artist like Stevie Wonder and country & western singer Hank Williams, which accounts for the extraordinary versatility of his vocal ability. He was dubbed “Luciano” in comparison to the all-powerful vocals of opera legend Luciano Pavarotti due to the fact that his voice resonates with impeccable inflection, tone, range and pitch. His vocals can sits comfortably between roots & culture, R&B/Disco, Blues and even Country and Western. He also, later found out the the word Luciano means ‘light’ which is what he hopes he can share with his many fans.
As he continues to spread the message of love, lift spirits and energize his many fans across the globe, Luciano engages with his audiences like non other – earning him the unmistakable title of “The Messenjah”. His live show performances are breathtaking and he never fails to give his all. In addition, Luciano genuinely believes that the talent given to singers and players of instruments is a spiritual gift, that should be used to remind the listeners of the true values of life and not just to be used for achieving fame and financial gain.

TONY REBEL
Tony Rebel (born Patrick George Anthony Barrett, 15 January 1962, Manchester Parish, Jamaica) is a Jamaican reggae deejay. He was initially a singer, appearing as Papa Tony or Tony Ranking in local talent contests and on sound systems including Sugar Minott's 'Youth Promotion'. His first release was the single "Casino" that appeared in 1988 on the MGB record label, although his career took off when he worked with Donovan Germain's Penthouse setup in the early 1990s. He had a big hit in 1990 with "Fresh Vegetable", and established a singjay style of delivery. He is notable as one of the few dreadlocked 'cultural' deejays of the ragga era. In 1992 he signed a deal with Columbia Records who released Vibes of the Times, a predominantly reggae fusion album, the following year. It spawned some of his more well known international singles such as the title track "Vibes of the Times" and "Nazerite Vow" both of which had accompanying music videos.
In 1994 he founded his record label, 'Flames'. That same year, he held a reggae festival named Rebel Salute in Mandeville, Jamaica. It has developed into an annual event through his production company, Flames Productions, and is held every year on his birthday.
YAKSTA
Kemaul M. Martin, professionally known as Yaksta, is a successful reggae and dancehall artist hailing from St Mary, Jamaica. He became a global phenomena with his hit singles 'St Mary', 'Humans' and 'Ambition'. His latest releases 'Assets (Fowl Coop)' and ‘That Time Again’ have been rapidly gaining traction across the globe as his songs continue to please, encourage and empower youths to be happy, productive and in control of their lives. Yaksta is represented by WussMusikk (USA) and Runabeat Music (UK). He first debuted on the music scene in February 2016 and within months he was firmly established in the music industry with popular singles such as ‘Above the Ground Floor’, ‘Jah Jah Never Sleeps’, ‘For Sale’ and his EP, ‘Stoic Torture’, produced by Sasaine Music Records. The following year he went viral with his single ‘Home’, which quickly gained over 1 million video views. With this success he partnered with Dana Shaygan and Steve Urchin to co-produce another viral single, ‘Boogie Woogie’, a firm favourite in his catalogue of music. Of late Yaksta is seeking to expand in all markets with collabs that challenge his creative versatility. As a child, Yaskta was continually led back to music projects as opposed to studies and brief job stints (including running his own business selling clothes) until finally deciding that a full-time music career was the only way for him to go. He proudly states “I am music incarnate and I’ve given up on avoiding my destiny.”
